When slitting your wrists... never go across your wrist, always make sure to go from the hand down towards the rest of your arm... hits more veins. Now, for the taking a left bit: once you've gone down the street... make a corner and start going vertical. doctors cannot stitch a cut with a corner, so it just continues to keep bleeding until death...
