Martha Stewart's thing in the stock market went really high up then dropped really fast, and she (and other people) made a lot of money off of it when it was high. You're not supposed to tell people when stock prices are going to change like that, if you do it give people an unfair advantage (insider trading). It is suspected that Martha Stewart told people, and used the insider information for her own profit. This is illegal.
