*Mergashki" . . . spelling isn't that important . . .

I just finished an abstract (that was waaaay too long) for my Religious Violence class and sent it to myself on email as a backup. Then I went and read a really dumb email before scanning through what else my inbox had to offer. That's when I saw one titled "stern tog."

I asked myself, "Megan, what is a stern tog and what is it doing in our inbox?"

And I responded, "Megan, I don't know. I just don't know. Perhaps we should click it?"

So we did. And yes, I may be brain dead after summarizing 137 pages of material into three pages (it was supposed to be 250 words, but that's crazy talk). That would explain how I spelled my name in the subject line and how, after just having sent it to myself, I couldn't even recognize the subject line of my own essay.

Confused? "Stern" is the last name of the author of the book I was summarizing, Terror in the Name of God, otherwise referred to as "tog" to a class with such an extensive book list acronyms are required.

existence, class
