I got a notification that I'm driving the Crack Van this month, any tips? I've never done it before.
My back's doing a little better, I've been going to the chiropractor every other day, and it's just my lower back and hips that are bad now. Getting better, though.

Crack Van! BE ORGANIZED!!11! Seriously, without a game plan, you're bound to flail in panic sooner or later. Do you have your faves bookmarked? I use Diigo (now that Delicious is gone) to keep track of the stuff I want to rec but also made a handwritten list I used to cross out the stories I already recced. Thought about what I wanted to say about the fics. Read the fics again before reccing to make sure I didn't say something wrong. O.o LOL!

Amazingly enough, my back is currently behaving. I've been sitting with a pillow behind me in my computer chair today, I woke up and my hips were killing me so I didn't want to recline.
Seriously, I'm so sick of this inactivity. This is the first time I've been able to move easily without pain since last Thursday. Although the initial vertebrae came out 2 weeks before, it just wasn't killing me.
Ok, good. I'm going through everything now to get organized. Got a list of various fics to choose from. I might not have everything bookmarked at the moment, but if I'm reading it, I'm most likely on my kindle or phone. So anything not bookmarked is still easy to find lol.
When did Delicious go? I was looking up bookmarks on it the other day!

The biggest panic!flail during my Crack Van driving came from not having all my ducks in a row. As in, I had my bookmarks, I even reread the longer fics to remember potential squicks/warnings/whatever correctly, I had an idea what to say about the fic...but then I suddenly realized that it might also be a good idea to have the other info. Like, okay, LJ user = AO3 profile = FFN account = DW mirror. Know what I mean? Always fun, especially when the usernames aren't the same. *facepalm* LOL! So you might want to see if you have that info
