Today was a very good day. I was early to the bus stop and the bus came super early, so I didn't get snowed on (see hair pic below as to why that was super good), a guy bought my breakfast for me, I ended up not having to take a quiz, my paper DID get turned in Friday, and the guy in the school bistro totally gave me a huge piece of pizza. THEN! I get massive amounts of homework done while I'm munching, and finally get the concept of matrices (thank you very much sinfulslasher) andddddddddd.....
I got my first A today! *beams* Got a 90% on my algebra quiz. I'm a very happy Meg. I woke up pretty early and ended up getting all glammed up for school, love it!
Believe it or not, that's just a little bit of two shades of eyeshadow, a lil bit of blue eyeliner, and a lot of black liner and mascara. Oh, and some powder. I did the curls by using a straightening iron, believe it or not! Same concept as curling a ribbon with scissors. Very cool, very easy, very fun and flirty looking.
My mom and my little sister were making fun of me, saying I have duck lips...... Whatever! But mom was cute, she's like "How do you get your eye makeup so perfect???" This is the same woman that used to tell me i wore waaaaaaaaay too much makeup ;)
So, I'm talking with my mom about a couple stories I sent her (apparently I missed something, so she's gonna point the error out to me???), and then she asks me this.
"Are they truly gay in NCIS?"
*facepalm* So, I had to explain slash. And the subtext. And she's all, hooooooooookay it's all greek to me. And then I decide to explain how MW's read slash and isn't opposed to it..... And she's like, WHAAAAAAA?
I mean....... I just shouldn't even try.
Check still hasn't come... the rest of the money ($430) is getting released on Thursday, though, thank GOD. Oh, and I go take my makeup quiz then. There's a LOT of quizzes in college. I have two every tuesday... *boggles*
Andddddd now I'm all hyped up on caffeine, so I'm gonna go bounce off the walls for a bit. :) I'd write, but...... that'd end up being super cracky.
