oh, man, i'm tired!
Today was an extremely busy day, and it's only 3.... Thankfully, my errand-age is done.
So, basically, when I went to probation I nearly got violated because it turns out every time I get a new prescription, even if it's of one I have had.... *cough vicoden and xanax cough* my PO wants to see the new prescription. And she didn't buy that my Vicoden, which is in a bottle from December, was a valid script. Because, you know, I'm totally a prescription pill addict. According to the judge, I've been abusing all of my medications.... Including the three or four that I've been on for years. *rolls eyes*
Um, hello? 15 pills in a bottle, it says TAKE IF NEEDED. Not TAKE IF NEEDED AS LONG AS IT'S SOMETIME THIS MONTH. So, my PO is all, well just have your pharmacy fax over your records. Um, FUCK NO. That's a HUGE invasion of privacy, regardless of any ramifications she might want to put upon me for that. That's a legal issue, as in if you think I'm gonna do that, we're gonna have an issue. Plus, I DO get 15 vicoden a month, and use a few.... The rest end up being pretty much sold.
So, I find my pill bottles from this month, copy them, and find a nice handy dandy little sheet of paper from when I was in jail. Guess what this sheet has on it? I'll tell you, don't want to waste time with guesses. It's a record of the medication that was in my purse, complete with dates and quantities of pills.
SO THERE. My ass is covered because of me being in jail. Weird, I know, but hey. Not gonna argue.
Either way, I had to bust ass down to Dearborn (hr plus away) to go to the Doc's to get refills, so my ass is continued to be covered. I prolly pissed my PO off by saying that I'd bring the new script bottles in with me during our next appointment, but she's gonna REALLY be pissed when I keep a log of every vicoden i take, and when and why. All in the interest of transparency, of course.
The thing that kills me about all of this? She didn't TELL me I needed to show her the new bottles. Apparently I was supposed to just read her mind and know that. But that's ok, because now I DO know, and that's one more thing on the list of "Things that could cause a probation violation for stupid reasons" that I know about. Now, I'm probably still going to be violated if she's being pissy.... She gave me 48 hours, and I took just under 51. But this woman pisses me off SO MUCH. She basically threatened to call my doctor and tell him I'm a prescription pill addict (which ok, maybe I like my xanax, but I stick to my script)..... My doctor wouldn't give a fuck, he's 80 yrs old and runs a damn pot clinic. However, just to even say something like that is WAY out of line in my book.
And part of why I was so stressed is my Doc is a walk in clinic.... So I wanted to be there right when it opened, so I'd be able to take care of the thing w my PO right away. So I figured (dumbly) that I'd let my PBT machine be my alarm clock.
Fucker went off at 8:51. I wanted to leave at 9.

Well, the good news is, due to all my stressful running around, I've been super productive! Not only that, but djmicheals and I have been going back and forth on this meme, and it's amusing the SHIT outta me. It's also giving me plot bunnies. Hopefully having resolved this crap with my PO will result in me finally chilling the fuck out, and I'll be able to relax and unwind and maybe, dare i even say it, write.
I swear, I'm not working till at least monday though. This super moon shit has totally been fucking with my business, my numbers are at least half of what they should be. That, and the thing with the PO has been stressing me out so much that I basically haven't made shit this week. But that's ok. Because monday will be a new day, and new days are good.
Oh, and anybody that's on FF.net..... There's a plagarist on there, SN is RealNCISAuthor. Totally ripping off of Tejas, TG, Xanthe. GO GIVE THE FAKER HELL.
