Day 1/90

Thank goodness for healthythinfit nudging me to post again. Adam and I weighed ourselves yesterday evening on the hardwood floor and it turns out that I'm closer to 130. He, on the other hand, weighs less than we thought, so he's not far off my weight. It scared the crap out of me.

I was looking at photos and old journals yesterday and trying to work out what it was that made me finally really lose weight. I managed to get down into the 130s/120s at first by just running and not eating so much junk, but when I was actually small I was counting calories like mad. Around Christmas last year I wasn't even working out really (I got my gym membership a few days before Christmas) yet I was already relatively thin.

So I've decided that I'm going to go back to counting calories daily. I'll do this 3 months without smoking or drinking and I'll also monitor my calories. I used to do it, it shouldn't be too hard to do it again. Adam and I also talked last night about going for walks after dinner. We don't spend nearly enough time talking, and I keep feeling all gross in the evenings now that I'm not working out regularly.
