slept 10 hours. 118.2 kg
Slept really well (and for a long time ^^)
Got up early, spent some time in the bathroom, pampering myself ^^ and then read for two hours, cooked and I still had time for myself before going to work XD
I love getting up early ^___^
Eat well and drank a lot, as usual. No fruits left, so I eat chickpeas (lots of fibers ^^) and turkey (for the proteins ;p). Plus, lots of energy for a small amount of calories. And I will need energy tonight, at work ^^;;;
No exercice because hard day at work today.
At work: eat well as well (^^;;), wasn't hungry during the day! (chickpeas to keep in mind: great food for when I work late) Plus, I didn't nibble during the evening!! ^__^ I'm so proud of myself!
During work, I took 3 magnesium pills.
