O HAI, which is totally how Flickr just greeted me.
Outside of lolspeak arguably taking over the world, I've had a very relaxing day so far.
While I've been reading my friends' page, I realized that the last time I actually posted anything was in JUNE.
SINCE THEN, I've gotten a second job at Bare Escentuals Boutique that I haven't started yet, but should be within the next, say, 2 weeks. Drew and I almost got evicted but fixed that by giving our apartment complex $990. Long story short, they're assholes. (We got the notice the day AFTER we paid rent, but whatever. We're not homeless.) I don't remember if this was prior to my last post or not, but I'm the assistant manager at Teavana. That eats up most of the "non-stress" I have left over from having to pay action bills all the time. Especially since the Holidays are brewing, and if you've ever worked retail, there's no need to explain why that's a big huge stress explosion in itself.
Drew and I had our three year anniversary, which I think deserves its own paragraph.
You know, my memory isn't what it used to be. So trying to remember everything notable in the last .5 of a year is giving me a headache. Oh but here, I just remembered one: My parents are getting divorced. It's not pleasant. While in the beginning stages, it's still made me lose at least 3 nights of sleep and, even though I'm not a crier, I've cried more often than I'd like to. It's stressful, messy, annoying, and I'd really rather just not deal with it. But the fact that I'm meeting up with my mom for dinner tonight with a sole purpose of discussing the divorce and the little tid-bit that my father is demanding an "apology" from me before my birthday almost negates the excitement from "free hot meal". This all, in retrospect, should have been expected seeing as how shit started hitting the fan almost directly after I moved out last January. I guess when child 2/2 moves out, you don't really have to pretend anymore. They love each other, but mostly they hate each other. Bitterly. But you know, what can you do.

I play a lot of WoW. They cope with taking naps on my desk whilst I play WoW. That's 2/3 of them.
That's 3/3. Zoey, the kitten, is in the middle. She's gotten.. huge.
