steak
right now im grilling a 20 dollar (literally) steak, its a 21 day aged usda "Prime" not even choice, it was like 28.99 a pound, so i seasoned it with some sea salt and a touch of black pepper, got two giant onion wheels on the cast iron grill, yum! :)
today was eventful, went out with my fiance, for lunch we did a korean bbq thing, then i had to drop her off home, her parents are crazy strict they are egyptian but i love em both, we have to get around the mass of rules and things we can and cant do, so we sneaked in a lunch and hung out for a bit, went to this euro-market out in astoria, lots of imported meats and smoked cheeses etc, bought a bunch of groceries and now im home resting a bit, watched some documentary on showtime about a homeless guy who is given 100,000 bucks holy cow right?! this guy goes from living under a bridge to buying a hemi dodge ram, to getting a place and girls etc etc, well i wont spoil it but you should watch it, very interesting :) ok im done! time to eat my steak!
