the smell of wine and cheap perfume

so i blew off work yesterday to cram
then i had my midterm last night
and it wasn't that difficult. i think i managed to scrape an A
after my test i stopped by rickygene's to visit pat
i intended to have one drink only but i ended up having two, and one very delicious pumpkin pie shot. how does she come up with that goodness? she concocted a jolly rancher drink, and also pear vodka with lemonade (YUM).
being the lightweight that i am, i woke up today with a baby hangover
i took one of my employees out to lunch since i owed him for picking up that check for me on friday (remember, the one that allowed me to take a nap instead of doing work)
we went to chili's and i had a beer and now here i am back in the office
and i have to lay off someone! :(
this majorly stinks because i really like this employee as a person
i'm chewing gum to get rid of the beer breath, because it wouldn't be cool to lay someone off when you have beer breath

ps - the whole office knows that i'm leaving in 9 months time. don't know if this is good or bad.
