Hey everyone.
I started this Journal because i need a new change. I'm tired of living my life the way i have been....For the past week i've been working out heavily, but my dieting has not been so great. I plan to fix my diet and continue the intensity of my workouts, and hopefully show you guys some changes - and hopefully inspire others to make their own!
I wont post any pictures yet, because i'd rather wait for the fourth week or fifth week. Once i have results that i feel people may be interested in seeing, i will most definitely post them up here!
This site is basically a journey for me. A journey from being 5'10" and 250lbs to being in the best shape of my life. I hope to improve my overall outlook on life, and i hope that with this success i can keep looking forward to new challenges in other areas of my life.
