(no subject)
yesterday was fun..helped out with teh vrt class all day. oh good times as always. the groups had me laughin as usual. afterwards i stayed to run calls. first we got hit out for an mva to cover southernberks. wound up to be an entrapment..we flew him. that poor guy swerved to avoid someone coming into his lane, and he hit a tree and it was almost 35 minutes till someone found him.
as the same time that call came in, our 1st out was hit for the building collapse in sunnybrook. just as we pulled into the station from the mva, we were called out as the 4th als truck to the scene. man...that scene was crazy. everyone and their brother was there. so many companies had to respond for this. by the time i got there they were just rescuing the 2nd guy, and we loaded him up for treatment and transport to the LZ. that was the first time that i ever saw flight nurses ON SCENE helping with initial treatment. we got back rom that around 9..then i just spent the night shootin the shit with the guys.
no school today- in service..none tomorrow either
my dad took me on the harley to go to the harley shop in reading..it was the 2nd time ive been on the bike passing our accident scene..it still creeps me out. at one point a bridge on 422 was shaking as we sat in a traffic jam on the westbound lane. it shook everytime somone was driving by the eastbound lane. i think they should fix that lol...
