Why do you use big words anyway?

Today was Day 2 of NTE, which, if you're lazy and can't be bother clicking the link, is another Christian uni students camp thing. It's more of a conference. It's mucho fun, I'm making friends (because I have to -- bestie's in Malaysia and boyfriend is working. I have other friends, but they have friends and it's just a mess) and being exhausted. It's only 10:20pm and I'm ready to hit the bed. Have to do a bit of recapping tonight, though, because otherwise it'll be in one ear and out the other. Lots of learning and challenging thinking being done this week and then I have to give a talk (!!!) on Wednesday before we finish up. I'm getting heaps of walking done, which is good because they feed us way too much and I hate wasting food, so I eat it all. Except at dinner, where we get to pick and choose, so it's meat and salad for me. Although, today I had bread. Voluntarily. *sigh* I was still hungry! Must exercise self-control.

I'll be back in full swing sometime soon, hopefully! I need to get Christmas cards done and sent off really soon too. Might do it Wed night when I'm staying up waiting for my sister's year 12 formal after-party to finish. Official end: 5am. Latest she'll probably be in bed by: 3am. Hopefully. Anyway, so if I sound more incoherent than usual, this is why.

I displayed my normal klutziness this morning during (what is essentially) Bible study groups -- I bumped into a wall and spilled my tea on the floor. In front of everyone. How embarrassing. This reminds me, I've got to go stuff more tissues in my bag just in case this happens again tomorrow.

Anyway, should go! Have fun! Catch up later!

nte, diet, focus, christmas cards, speck, klutz
