Honestly, it's hard to remember pre-plague 2020. January's always a little easier, because I like to make that the starting point of so many re/new things in the year.
I joined a gym downtown - it's annoying to have it JUST far enough a walk from both work and the bus terminal to make it an actual inconvenience in winter (or in general, given my down-right Columbus-like lack of navigational skills in that area of the city (always get lost around there, for some reason - and more often while walking). But hey, it has a pool!
