I love encounters with bats. They either search the room systematically for egress, or seek the most interesting other being in the room - this one seems to have gone for the latter. I tried to assist the escape of one in the first floor of the woodshop, but it disappeared up an impossible crevice as though it lived there.
I read a detailed review and then the script of FNU LNU twice upon a time, which kicked off a Wellman kick, or kicktet. I wish I had seen the Müller, too. Did they have any music?
Mauricio Kagel claimed that his piece Match for 2 cellists and a percussionist was completely dreamed. The benzene ring story, however, if I remember right, was that the image inspired rather than dictated the solution.

I love bats. Once I was walking down a grandly Victorian staircase at Smith College in Massachusetts and one came drifting down beside me in spirals, going just slightly faster than I was. It was very surreal, but entirely pleasant.

Once i got to feed a baby bat the insides of meal worms. The bat had been found in a garbage can, abandoned by its mother, too little to fly. It was too little to eat the crunchy exoskeleton of the mealworms so i had to chop off the heads and squeeze the insides into its mouth. Soon the bat could manage the exoskeletons and the gooey part was over. Sometimes it would flap around on the table. The skin of its wings was softer than soft. Also, it seemed way more engaged with us than rodents I have known. A week or too later we put it into a bat house so it could learn bat life from other bats.
