LIGA total Cup

According to www.ligatotal-cup.de/ (which is of course all in German) this Saturday holds the following watches:

31. Juli 2010 16:45 Uhr Halbfinale 1:            FC Schalke 04 - Hamburger SV    31. Juli 2010 18:35 Uhr Halbfinale 2:            FC Bayern München - 1. FC Köln   
and then on Sunday we have the final and the game for third place.

I don't know anything about this, never even heard of this tournament. I was wondering if anyone will be able to provide me and other BuLi newbies with information (and, also, streaming links as I hardly believe any chanel out of Germany will broadcast it).
