Got an e-mail from Dean Haglund today. Yes, Langley from "X-files". He wanted to tell us about his new project, a graphic novel.
Why am I on his mailing list? Some years ago we were at a convention in Vancouver, where he and Gary Jones did some funny improvisation, a "Stargate" parody. It also got filmed and I bought one of the DVDs afterwards. Unfortunately, once we all were back home we discovered there was no sound on the DVD. So a few e-mails got exchanged and then we got a replacement.
I never figured he would keep the address once the problem was solved. This totally came out of the blue today ;)
