Customizing: Janeway and Chakotay in grey shirts

I customized Janeway and Chakotay in grey shirts. I hope I got the color right, it's difficult to mix, and also often looks different on screen. Sometimes more grey-blue, sometimes more lilac. I used a grey with a bit of red and white to make it lighter
