Thank you! Originally I wanted to have both legs on the table, feet crossed, but it didn't work and looked odd. But this works too.

I found the novel by chance when I was in Forbidden Planet in London, just the day before the convention. I showed it to David and he said he hasn't even read it and that I knew more than him LOL

I wonder how many actors actually read the books about their characters?

I know if a movie or tv show is based on a book, the actors will sometimes read it (or play the game in the case of Henry Cavill and The Witcher) to get insights into the story/character, but I wonder how many read books that are written after they play the character.

That's an interesting question. You would need to be much of a fan to dive deeper than that. I wonder if they know and read fanfiction.

As long as they make a series they are not allowed to, in case it gives them ideas and then the fan can sue for similarities. But after? They're already on to the next project. Scripts is that they read!

Michael Sheen read Good Omens fanfiction to get ideas for playing Aziraphale, so some actors definitely do!

Oh right, I had forgotten about that! He seems very dedicated to fandom stuff. I love it.

Also, that is a great picture of David on that page. I need to steal that.
