Star Trek: Ironing and birthday

Today I made an ironing board from some styrofoam, piece of old bedclothes, and piece of plastic chocolate tray. The black thing holding the tray in place is what is used to keep action figures secured in the box. I got this in fact from the box Chakotay came in
