I'd love a multiDoctor story. Can you imagine Nine, Ten, eleven, Twelve and Thirteen together? It would be fantastic! Your three look great together. I can see Matt Smith figure is taller than David Tennant. I think in reality is the other way around? I was wondering if people who make the figures care about the height much. I think it's done properly in most of the cases?
I did buy number Twelve for a story once, but don't have Thirteen. I stopped collecting when they changed the size from 5,5" to 3,75". A few 5" ones are still coming out though.
I have all those wonderful toys and no inspirations at the moment :( I need to go and do a re-watch to get back into the mood. Seems I am in Trek-mood right now though, and enjoying it. Each fandom has its time.
According to IMDB David Tennant is 1,85 m and Matt Smith is 1,82 m. Not sure if you would see the difference of 3 cm in real life?
You are right though that his figure is a lot taller than David's. At first I thought it was just the angle of this picture, as the Voyager Doctor is only 4,5" so I photographed it to make him look taller, but I just held Ten and Eleven next to each other and there is a difference. I never noticed. I know that the Torchwood figures are bigger than the Doctor Who figures as well.
With the Gotham figures, the figures height match the actor's height indeed, and I think that is an important detail.
I thought David was significantly higher than Matt, 3 cm is a small difference. With David's Doctor hair, it would be more, though :D I guess most of people I've seen David with must have been rather short, with Kylie Minogue as an extreme example:
I know what you mean about the right time for each fandom. I rewatched some Doctor Who episodes recently. There were some watching parties on Twitter with live comments from Russell T Davies or actors - David Tennant was once. I think there might have also been episodes with Steven Moffat's comments, but I missed them (I don't really use Twitter). All the feelings were back. It's going to be six years since I watched Doctor Who for the first time, it's insane! It still feels like yesterday.
