Customizing: Barbie stuff

Seems I never before showed the Barbie chair that I upgraded? It came with the kitchen I bought which thankfully isn't as pink, but I thought the chair could look a lot better - and it does! I painted it white, and added that fabriq tape which is so awesome (which I also used on the Barbie Sofa. What do you think?

One in our FB group bought a cupboard and painted it black. Looks so much better! Like real furniture. Not plastic one.

Much, MUCH improved, especially the chair. (Gosh, these original flowers were hideous.)

Thank you! I wanted to throw away the chair, thinking I'd never use it like that. But then I realized the shape is fine, it's just the color. I was thinking of those white metal café chairs!

Honestly, I was ready to throw away the chair or sell it, as I thought I never could use it the way it looks. But the shape is nice, it was only the ugly color. I was thinking of those white metal chairs that are outside of a café.

The chair is very nice. But the flowers are amazing! You did a great job, kudos!

But, dang, they were hideous before. Are there really girls who want everything to look like it's been covered in Pepto Bismol? (That's a liquid antacid, in the same shade of pink as the first vase with flowers. It's awful.)

I really have no idea what they are thinking. I guess all that counts is that it can be made cheap. Realistic painting would make it more expensive I guess.
