Since I always spend Christmas at my parents I only have this little tree at my home. It even has lights, but for some reason they didn't lit when we made the pictures. Have to find the loose bulb. But I like your tree as well!
OK, I know it was 2 years ago but it's Xmas time again so I just have to comment on how amazing this scene is :) I love the tree and all the decorations and the presents are just perfect! I'm sure they really enjoyed them, Schrödinger is so great :)

Schrödinger was a gift from a friend. Some of the things in these pictures (little space shuttle) belong to my brother, others are only borrowed from my co-worker (skates). I also do have a lot of stuff, you would love going through my boxes!
Did you watch "Stargate"? Some of the scenes I have in my LJ are made after scenes from the TV, fans would immediately recognize them, but I also explain what happened for those that don't. BTW, Richard Dean Anderson (Jack O'Neill) is coming to a convention to Germany next year!
Yes, I watched SG-1, SGA and Continuum (but not The Ark of Truth). I haven't seen SG Universe yet. I know I need to watch all episodes of SG-1 once again cos right now I remember SGA better. I have a lot of catching up to do with reading all your posts :) And that's so cool that Richard Dean Anderson is coming to Germany, I saw you've already met him before, that's so exciting!
Wonderful! Then you will be able to truly enjoy the pictures. I am sure you will recognize some things. I have watched the SG-1 episodes several times, and also made some music videos, where you need to find fitting scenes for the lyrics. I did like the early Atlantis episodes as well, but not the last season, as well as the last two SG-1 seasons. And SGU is quite boring. Did you hear it was cancelled?

Funny thing is, I am not even going to the German con, I fly to Birmingham to meet RDA instead, since that is a real Stargate con and the German one is a big multifandom one, and I don't know any of the other guests. Right, have met him three times so far, 2006 his first one in UK, 2008 in Vancouver (I didn't have the LJ back then) and this year again. He is a very lovely guy, no star at all.
There are even different Johns, this one with the early uniforms and you also can get them in the uniforms they wore later in the series, the dark grey ones. With each figure comes part of the gate as well, so if you have them all, you can assemble it.
Look, I did an ebay search for you - lots of figures to choose from - just be careful not to buy the 3" pewter figures although they are lovely too, but they don't move. Here is the link:
