I know that they don't celebrate it in the UK (my son's missing out - I've been here this long I forget it about it every year) but I know that the Dutch also celebrate it

A friend from Hungary also just told me they celebrate it! Glad to know we aren't the only ones. It's always interesting learning about different customs from foreign countries.
But do you have picked up any British customs in the time you have been there?

Christmas Eve (24th) we have been going to McDonalds after a church service so we'll be going there - the service sadly won't take place as it has been moved

Anyway, I'm working on catching up on everything.
