So, the Torchwood figures want to build a new Hub since the old got destroyed. But are things going according to plan? This is part 1 of several. Click the LJ cut to see all pictures!
Yes!! This is the Torchwood I know and love. The entire original cast is alive and well, and of course they would re-build. Will the new Hub be in the same location in Cardiff?
Sure, why not? Queen Victoria created the first Torchwood but so many years later there probably isn't a reason they have to stay in the UK. If the Rift has opened up in Germany, that's where they should go!
As long as Myfanwy can find them in their new location! :-)
Myfanwy! How could I forget the sixth team member! Thank you for reminding me. She could help as well, flying in the ceiling or something... I need to hang her again on my kitchen shelf LOL
(soon you will see my working place where all those pictures get made)
It's a box with everything you need included. The mortar is a powder, you need to add water to it and then you can use it.
When I am finished and don't like it anymore one day, I also can put the house into water again, the mortar will loosen and then I can re-use the stones for something else.
Sorry, not really ;) I just needed a funny headline. The stones and the mortar and everything belong to a building set, where children can build a little house. My brother gave this to me as a gift, as he knows I love that stuff. But as you can see from the door Jack is carrying, it would be way too small for the figures. I just thought it would be more fun if they helped me building it! And the size will be adressed in a later post. Like "we are no Hobbits" or something ;)
I can, however, take the finished house apart and use the stones for something else later. So who knows what I might do next! If there are enough stones, that is.
Thank you! Much more to come. This is only the start.
I have this very old photoshopping programme. It's called "Microsoft Picture It!" and was installed on the laptop I bought in 2002. With that, you can do simple stuff, such as inserting all kind of forms, like those speech bubbles, and then I put the text onto that. Does your programme not have anything like that?
But surely you are able to insert/add texts? Look for something called "insert shapes" or something. You know, like rectangles or circles. Hopefully it's there! I also can add different kind of frames if I like. Or filters, to make the picture look like water color or oil painting or black and white or sepia. Basic stuff as well, but enough for me.
I heard about it but I never watched the show and I assume I would not understand anything if I only watched his episodes. He got much praise though! He does a lot of good stuff recently. Our loss, that's why he couldn't be at the Miralce Day Convention back in April.
I think if you watch it without seeing the whole series you would be lost as to what was happening. He was very good as an 'bad' character but last week his character was kill off on the episode.

Why not? We could use an outpost here. Lots of weird things happening.
I got this building set from my brother for Christmas, but never got around to build it - now I got help! It's much more fun this way.

How do you insert bubble text into your photos?

Hey did you know that Burn Gorman was on a few episodes of Game of Thrones? He played Karl Tanner, Night's Watch.
