Afternoon everyone.

2:45 monday and still no weekend updates.  You guys are boring.

Here's my weekend synopsis: Busted game of chicken foot, FIFA 2007, Disturbia, FIFA 2007, FIFA 2007.  And spits of Bre wedged in between here and there, but that's a given.

I just found out via myspace bulletin that knowmore.org has launched a blog, and I find that exciting.  That website (www.knowmore.org) is an awesome site for anything you ever wanted to know about nearly ANY corporation.  Everything, down to the most minute of details.  chiggity-check it.

Lastly, and on a more serious note, I'm becoming increasingly worried about honey bees.  They're dying and thus, so are we.  Bees pollinate on a scale and with such frequency that modern science is unable to replicate the process.  I just read about a study that claimed to have evidence that radiation from cell phones is causing mass deaths of bees all around the world.  The phone issue is just one among many others but only worsens an already alarmingly disturbing larger picture; the gradual decline of honey-bee populations have been occuring for decades.

I helped a friend of mine research her paper last spring and that's when I first heard of this.  I laughed at it, just as you probably are now, but the laughter soon gave way to concern as I read more and more into the situation.  One thing that really stuck in my mind was a quote by Albert Einstein which read "If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe, then man would only have four years of life left." or something to that effect.
