and ive lost a pound already because of it. woohoo!
this is a HUGE life change for me. ive tried in the past but this time is different i have two little lives i have to feed and the fact that most meat processing plants will not let the public see how they treat and prepare the animals that they pump antibiotics in and keep in small cages i have a problem with that. and i cannot be a hypocrite and teach my children to not harm animals or anyother living being and expect them to scarf down meat products.
not to mention the health benifits since my dads side of the family seems to all of had bypass surgeries and all sorts of cardiac issues.
