Lost Day Guidelines
Hey guys, just a few ground rules for tonight's festivities and future Lost-related reference:
1. We won't be screening spoilers by time zone, so West-Coasters read at your own risk.
(Sorry Cali peeps, peonybrandybuck feels your pain. I don't, because it's effing cold here, so getting to watch Lost 3 hours earlier is pretty much all I have)
2. We will make one main episode thread for all general discussion and questions, and a separate all-Ana Lucia thread. Please try to keep your thoughts in one of these two threads, out of consideration for others. No one wants to click on their f-list and see fifty different threads called "DID YOU SEE WHEN ANA (insert obnoxiously bitchy thing here)??!!!!11".
2b. If you have something thread-worthy, post it in one of the discussion threads with a new subject line (in all caps, if that's your bag), so people can post related thoughts and everyone reading can see what's already been discussed. Post much, post often, but please refrain from starting new threads between 8 and 12 EST. Think of it this way, if you just posted 30 killer icons, do you really want them buried under a sea of new "WTF, WALT!" threads? I thought not.
3. We have no restrictions on post content at the moment, but try to keep any crazy irate rants in the designated Ana-hating thread for that episode, and keep the general discussion thread semi-sanct. If we ever do get into a situation where content becomes a problem, we'll keep the Ana threads as the free-for-all uncensored bitchfest locales. This only pertains to episode-time, of course, and it's only so that we have some designated place for serious episode discussion, should any happen to occur.
Thanks for all of your contributions thus far! It's great to see so much discussion going already, and we SO love all the hate oozing from every post. Hate is our crack, please support the habit.
