[TM] 293 - Discuss a News Item.
Spending a day home with Stark was beginning to be something he enjoyed, not wanting to always leave her alone. He had his arm wrapped around her as she cuddled close. News seemed to be getting stranger lately, and it had him wondering what the hell people were on. Was there no actual news? Or did they just get tired of the same old same old, soldiers killed in Iraq. The war going on there. It was the news story that came on that just made John snicker, until he full out laughed.
A UFO of all things, people talking about aliens they say coming out of it. The supposed pictures that it wasn't hard to tell were doctored up. Stark was laughing too.
"Guess you better get to work John."
"Guess so with the alien invasion and all."
"Where do you have to go?"
"Hmm middle-of-nowhere, Kansas."
Stark pouted playfully and crawled in his lap with a smirk.
"You aren't going."
"Well since it is the order's of the wife. I can forgo saving the world from aliens."
They both looked at each other then started laughing and just cuddled up together putting on a movie.
