Changes Afoot - well changes required!

I've had so much mulling around in my head for the last few months and I have attemtped to start an entry to note it all so many times.

Today could be the day to get it all out there diary style so I can look back on this as 2012 progresses.

It could get long so I'll cut for everyone's sanity (if anyone is even reading).
