yeah, and i've been asking myself why in the name of god i thought it was a good idea to take a job in a school for kids. i want to kill the little fuckers all the time and srsly if falling asleep any chance you get is a healthy sleeping pattern then i got that covered but otherwise i don't think so. i'm replying to this in no particular order just bc

BUT WHAT WHAAAAAT Y'ALL SENT A POSTCARD ;; BUT OFC THE ONE TIME I'M SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE SHIT IN THE MAIL IS THAT ANNUAL TIME OF THE YEAR WHERE THE POST OFFICE LIKES TO GO ON LONG STRIKES BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY STRIKING DURING THE BUSIEST AND MOST INCONVENIENT TIME OF THE YEAR IS THE MOST PRODUCTIVE but! there's a very very good chance it just hasn't reached me yet and isn't lost bc we're seriously still waiting for bills from like a month and a half ago D: sooo omg i will be hounding my mailbox with the fervor of a madman these next couple of weeks in hopes it comes soon. the mere idea you guys even did that makes me want to cry stupid happy tears so <3 ;;

but oh man i just read your journal entry and uggh so wait, how old are the kids you're working with? sounds like you're working with cray kids and adults tho. do you work entire regular school hours too then? and ok i think i'm just generally curious about how it's set up for you, bc my best friend is currently doing smth similar in that she's teaching drama in different schools with different age groups and i'm getting the idea yours is smth a lot more consistent. SUCKS ABOUT THE SICK THO :( EVERYONE's getting sick, i personally just started getting better from like 3 weeks worth of a cold and shit, so i definitely hope you get rid of it sooner than later before it gets worse there really hasn't been much smap multichap fic, nvm au, the only ones that come to mind are goblin's and rz's which is totally a shame but again multichaps require a lot more time and effort than one shots and shit so i don't blame any of us either; if only i had the ability to commit to my multichap ideas long enough to actually get past the ideas and a paragraph or two tho :*

i'm srsly so behind in both priceless and monsters, but then again i've only seen ep 1 of priceless so far despite actually really enjoying it so i can't wait til i have legit time to do nothing so i can dl the shit out of those two and get back into them i guess

i honestly don't know sometimes if post is the best or the worst invention humanity's ever come up with or if it's just one of those genius things in theory that won't ever work properly in practice. D: BUT OFC THAT'S THE BEST TIME TO GO ON STRIKE. >.>' srsly, tho, we sent it in October, lol, and after a month i started getting worried that it might've got lost 'cause you should be able to make it from Greece to Canada in that much time even if you were going through Hong Kong or Rio de Janeiro, ffs.
i have a photo of the postcard, though, 'cause apneatic thought sth like that might happen and maybe it's even readable, i'm not sure, but if it doesn't get to you, you can have the digital version :p

lol, now let me take a deep breath and not launch into a rant 'cause i just had a breakdown thanks to the joined forces of crazy kids, their stupid parents and the today being the worst day ever. >.>'
so basically kids is one job and adults is another job, and all the hours combined would make for a regular full-time teacher's job. with kids, we - as in the language school - rent a classroom in the kids' regular school and i go there and have a class twice a week with each group. with the adults, we go to their place, so if it's a company organising English classes for their employees, i go there and have the class in their workplace; if it's an individual client, i go to their house and have a class in there. so basically i have all these fixed hours every week, just in many different places around town. AND TOTALLY, EVERYONE'S SICK AND IT SEEMS TO BE DRAGGING HORRIBLY AND UGH D: and lol how i feel ya about committing to multichap ideas, i don't think i'll ever be able to finish one :p

priceless has been pretty great so far, well ep 6 was getting kinda predictable imho and i haven't seen ep 7 yet but it's terribly cute in general; monsters, well, you know my opinion already, i'm probably gonna finish it at some point for Shingo but that's about it. >.>'
