North Korea are ending up with increased sanctions due to their latest in nuclear tests. It seems that their past solution to obtain aid is failing. Given the shortage of vehicles, shoes and food in North Korea they are so Orwellian I don't think things could get any worse.

I'm sure they'll enjoy this round of sanctions.
