is it dead?
tonights meeting needs to go well. i need some good news. the past three shows have all gone badly for us. i don't think anyone is giving us any respect either. while all these fucks just put mics through fifteen fucking pedals and make a big wall of nothing or don't even try to make their instruments sound good or interesting. i don't care if you actually learn how to play your guitar or keyboard or whatever but please for christ sake gimme something to listen to, something to dance to, something.
well, we're just gunna keep hammering away, hopefully work on some new stuff late tonight. keep polishing up our sound and some imagery too. it's strange being image conscience in such a way. i detest merch. and really don't want to create too much of it but at the same time love the art that me and glenn come up with sometimes and i guess if other people appreciate it i should just shut up.
oh, also, when did everyone forget how to have fun?
