There is speculation that the government created AIDS in the 1970's and released it on the population as a form of population control. They released it into the minority and gay communities and it gradually spread. From a Navy report conducted in the 1980's that was publicized by an excommunicated Navy official, the Navy predicted that by the year 2000 most of the world's population would have AIDS. It is also rumored that the government has an electromagnetic cure. Although AIDS is not an electromagnetic virus, it uses a type of D grade radiation found in televisions and AM radio to reproduce. This is partially the reason why more people in big cities have AIDS. And by the way, Africa has an abundance of AM radio and a lack of condoms. There was an attempt done to drop condoms into the heart of Africa. Unfortunately, the condoms were dropped in what looked like body bags and the rights of the project were sold to the TRUTH organization. The UN's new predictions on the population are that it will hit a state of equilibrium near the year 2050 and level out at an even 9 billion people. Beyond that, it is not possible to feed everyone (especially when the genetic cropwork of Norman Borlaug is being banned in Africa). So the government is looking after the future of mankind afterall.
