What is Tupolski's Power?
The power to make people admit to anything. For instance, say a man commits a murder. The police take him in, interrogate him. He, quite obviously, doesn't say anything. Tupolski comes in. And he gets a confession from the man, saying that he murdered so-and-so at such-and-such blahblah legal stuff.
So how does he get this confession? By telling the person point-blank: "You murdered this man." The next thing you know, the suspect admits to murdering 'this man'. Whether he did or not doesn't matter. By saying they did something, Tupolski will have fully convinced them that they did do it.
Why I need your permission
In case Tupolski ever needs to fuck with your mind and says "You did such and such a thing" to your character. Or, if you want me to have him say "You did such and such a thing" to your character! Either or, really. This is just a very strong power, so I want to make everyone's okay with it.
