I'm beat. The night did not go well for him. He kept waking up every couple of hours.
The rest of my family showed up around 10:30, letting me go back home to take a nap, which is what I'm about to do. I hope his day goes as well as yesterday, and certainly better than he was through the night.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better

Sorry to hear that you had a rough night. How wonderful to have your family with you and giving you constant love and attention. You deserve it. George and I relined our pond and filled it and put the fish in and just sat and listened to the water fall and watched the fish and were transported to Meyer lake in our minds. We thought of all those campfire chats complete with smoke and misquitoes but worth every minute. We thought of that 4th of July when so many people were at Meyer Lake and we narrowly missed being in the path of a tornado and we didn't realize it until the next day. I was more concerned about you and Tom possibly getting struck by lightening while fishing in that metal row boat! We also thought about all the fire work displays that you and the boys put on. We were all like little kids enjoying every minute. WE thought about all the countless times we camped together and walked around the lake. I will never forget the night of august 12 some 27 years ago when at the meteor shower happened on a clear night. It was spectaucular! We all stayed up late with our eyes glued to the sky and talked and laughed.
Ron and Naomi asked me to send you their love. They are thinking of you and also remembering wonderful times they have spent with you over the years especially New Years Eve every year and our monthly dinners. Naomi said that she is touched deeply whenever she thinks of what you wrote in her birthday book. Ron said that he loves you very much and smiles when he thinks of your gentlelness and your great sense of humor. He is happy because the Tigers are still in first place.
