Went to the opening of
Ireland Park today in Toronto. Quite a few Canadian politicians made amusing speeches, and the President of Ireland was there. I confess, I didn't realize the President was a woman - or that there have been so many female presidents in Ireland. She gave a very nice speech. It was a nice day, if not a little too hot. A lot hot, frankly.
It was a historic event, and so discomfort shall be forgotten in time.
