o14 - New Years
New Years this year was somewhat enjoyable then the ones in the past.
I suppose it was me actually doing something that possibly made it enjoable. And I the fact that I wasn't at home playing with toys or puzzles that made the difference.
I went with Misa to a Japanese Resturant around 12. It was interesting. My first time eating Japanese cusine. I must say I enjoyed the sushi. And the... udon bowl I ordered was quite tasty. We talked about different things, like her new modeling job (Or I suppose it's a job? I don't keep up much with the whole "what's in and what's not" thing.) Then we went off talking about what I did at work (although I tried to stear clear of that topic. Seeing as it was dubbed 'boring') and all my toys and duck collections.
We left around two, she had something to do and I needed to get ready for work, which was at four.
I worked until 8 yesterday. I suppose he let us all off so early because he probably assumed that we had New Year plans. I just went home, read a few books that I had still checked out from the library and made a feeble attempt in staying up till midnight. But I guess it didn't work out to well. I went to bed around 11:30.
Oh well. It's not like it matters, it happens regardless if your up or not. It's just a new page, a new start of your life.
I suppose I'm glad that I don't have to work till Monday. I can spend more time in the library reading new books they probably got in at Christmas.
