its amazing how my body works. not to brag, because i know this will sound oh so plesent to many readers, but i operate on less than a few hours of sleep a week, the most ranging around 10. most of the time i won't bother to sleep at all. then i have been "waking up" at 4am each day to begin my streaches then proceding to a local park and run for ( Read more... )

hahah.. i sleep about 10 hours a night..

i wish i could work out for that long.. and run for that long... that would be awesome..

you should find a pool to do laps in.. thats exercise.

its good to be determined.

i wish i had a pool so much, i would never leave it unlike many people i know who have one. im going to buy my mother one for this house once i gather some money from the navy in a few good months into it heh.

people were pissing me off about me not being able to handle boot camp. i just had to ilistrate to them what im fully capable of. you don't be a boxer half your life and not know how to train for something. i win

Not like Navy boot is very demanding in itself. Only hard part I see is treading water for 5 mins...I can run, but wtf, I can't tread for shit.
