A boon to the economy!
I used the credit card so much this weekend that it triggered the early fraud warning for it...as I told hubby, I've definitely spent our tax rebate checks, even though they haven't come yet. :)
Item of the first: down payment for the RV, last Monday.
Items of the second through fourth, maybe fifth: shopping trips to several stores to buy items to outfit the RV (bedding, kitchen stuff, camping stuff)
The straw that finally triggered the alert: hubby putting gas in the RV (who knew that the pump automatically stopped after $100?)
But the RV is beginning to be nicely outfitted. I still have to get the camping stuff out of the garage to add to it and demeth wants to get a portable gas grill and then we'll be set. Our first adventure is going to be this weekend, going up to the mountains to Big Bear. I'm so excited!
I've also finished our itinerary for our trips to and from TN in June. We'll be spending two and a half days getting there and a week getting back. sundeiru, it looks like we'll be going through Nashville on Sunday, June 15 and Sunday, June 22. On the return trip, we'll be visiting Memphis, Hot Springs National Park, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Albuquerque, Roswell, and Petrified Forest National Park. I can't wait!!
