[ Whether Yusuf was quite so protective of Rhada before this dream coming to The City, is debatable. Rhada is quite the intelligent feline, and it doesn't take much more than one trip around the hot, arid streets of Mombasa to find that hand-outs are not common. This might very well be where Yusuf's stray problem stems from.

I noticed the door was open and ran out into the hall to look for her. She is not in the hall, either of the elevators, or down here in the lobby.

In the stairwell, the clicking sound of Yusuf's tongue against the roof of his mouth is amplified; the universal here kitty kitty noise no doubt picked up by the device. ]

He rang a bit ago and said it would be better if we split the search up. Eames should be looking around buildings 1 to 4, Arthur 5 to 8, and you should check the area near 9 to 12, if you are at all near there.
