Dear Mayor Bloomberg,
You realize that under Constitutional law, police technically need a search warrant to do shit like this, right? I understand what you're trying to accomplish, and that's fine and dandy, but I have a very difficult time believing that NYPD will not be engaging in racial profiling when this same organization has no problem fatally shooting black men who are merely reaching for their wallets after being asked to present ID. I would like to request that these searches be video recorded so I can have the pleasure of seeing the first incredibly fiesty and pissed off Puerto Rican girl carrying a huge New Yorker purse go apeshit when the po-po attempts their "search", which really means "grab some of that fine coconut titty" a la Crash. Perhaps if you actually spent any significant time in New York, as opposed to your Bermuda hideaway, you would know how badly this is going to go over. I'm just sayin'.
