Beware another scam artist...
So I've been *trying* to work it out with someone for a few months.
On Spots, I purchased 3 Berry Plush embroidered diapers from... a seller. I debated about how much information I should publish here. I've tracked her down on facebook, Hyena Cart, My Space, and I even have her name. I'm more than willing to post it, IF you think that will put pressure on her to refund the money.
She's located in Canada but I think I've given it enough time for "packages" to get here....(however she is on DS, and on Hyena Cart as well. In fact she just posted recently...)
Anyway I purchased 3 diapers from her on September 6th. You can see them here
I've had multiple email's with her, several times her either stating that it's been shipped (but no shipping information was provided) OR that she will refund. The last one was stating that she would refund on Tuesday the 9th. (looks at calender) Well I think it's safe to say she wont be refunding the amount by then.
The worst part, I had filed with PayPal, but then I trusted her. She'd "mailed them out...." She'd "refund the money"... and I didnt escalate it, and time ran out. 100% my fault (and a lesson learned).
So now I'm annoyed enough I'm posting. After this I'm going over to Hyena Cart and leaving feedback there on their BB's (since she posts there).

She issued a refund tonight, after I posted negative feedback. I've since removed it to "neutral" with a note on it. She commented I'd probably recieved the items (isnt that interesting since she listed them on DS a month after I purchased them on spots).
Oh well. Lesson is review the persons feedback BEFORE you get excited about a purchase (they looked like cute diapers too....).
