Oh this is really, really good. The editing in the first few minutes is gorgeous, amazing, brilliant and all those other lovely words indicating that I really liked it.
Normally, I'd find the switch in format between the artist and the clips jarring but you've made it work here. Nice job.
And I like this song. Normally, I wouldn't even think to listen to something like this. I didn't even notice they'd switched to German until, well, I'm not going to say :D I'll just say that I feel a music purchase coming on.
And the use of Nine and Ten is just so right for this song and the feel of the vid. That's saying something since I'm a Tennant fangirl.
aww thanks for your lovely comment, I really appreciate that!

About that song. Known it, loved it and it fits very well. Thought its was kind of strange with the german singing because, well I'm German but the Doctor and everything around is always english. So it was strange to switch the sides now. But anyway I really liked it and the verse "Und jede Stunde ist mit dir so lebenswert" fits perfectly. Seems like an foreshadowing. By the way there is a whole english version with a little different lyrics, but I like the split version more. Sounds more poetic in my ears.
Hey, another german DW fan *grin* I've already seen some vids with german songs, so I thought: just give it a try. I think I heard the english version once, but I wasn't able to find any lyrics or even the song itself.
Beautiful video, beautiful grasp of the lyrics and the emotions in the music, simply perfect...
The only thing which is a little distracting is the change of format between original parts and your integrated parts, the black frame should be equal in size between both formats to make it even more authentic. Other than that, just perfect;)

Okay, first, I was reading through the other comments after watching this and someone said something about them switching to German during the song. Is is sad that I didn't notice? I mean I guess I knew I wasn't understanding the words after a certain point, but it didn't really register as I was too busy staring at the pretty video in awe

Welcome back to life^^ aww omg... I really don't know what to say. I really don't. Just thank you, so so much. *bows*
Is is sad that I didn't notice? It's funny, some people told me, that they didn't notice a switch between the languages. The crossing went kinda fluently, so I think that's why.
And what was that effect that was repeated throughout the beginning I know, maybe I should have used it throughout the whole video and not only in the beginning. But I only showed sad moments, when the "TV-mode" was on, but I wanted the whole thing to be happy and fluffy^^
I'm so overwhelmed that you like the video so much! Calling it 'incredible', 'awsome' and 'beautiful' makes me turn red. Deep red, honestly. I just need to thank you, thank you for your wonderful comment, amtrak12.
