[After exploring Goldenrod some, Pao-Lin decided that it was time to head back to Violet so she could challenge the gym leader and travel along with Kotetsu. It would lose upper arm strength, right? So clearly, all of the power would go into its legs. Not to mention, having a form like a spinning top would make it have unpredictable movements.
