Jogging Plan

Today will be the first day I actually will go to the gym and use my new membership. Yaay! I can't wait. As I've mentioned (and for you new people), I'm training for a 10K. I'm not planning on running the event until next fall but I need to start jogging now because it takes me a while to get ready! So, I looked up a training guide and here's basically what I'm planning to do. However, I'm not sure how its going to work since I'm using my ellyptical mostly and going to the gym when I'm able. So I may not be able to start the grid until the weather is nice enough to run outside.

I'm sure that I am going to alter it and readjust this schedule because I like to make things "my own".
