A couple of years ago I heard that the University of Texas at Austin was looking for money to help restore their Gone with the Wind costumes (including the Curtain Dress). I was actually just wondering last night how that had worked out, but my questions were answered with a mass email today! They have some behind the scenes featurettes about the restoration work and it seems they're confident enough to loan them out for exhibition.
