Well my son was sentenced today. He got 18 months probation. Must obstain from consuming or buying alcohol including taking drugs.
Must reside and follow the rules of the group home. Right now he cannot come home permanetly. Has to get a job, attend school (no skipping out or suspensions) attend councelling and angermanagement and also some other programs. If he breeches he goes to jail. 2 year probation for carring any weopon. He has two other court appearances to deal with.
I will be very surprised if he doesn't breech especially with the condition of not drinking and smoking pot.
