Dear Blockbuster Customers,
I really, really like being nice and in a good mood. I like to say that, while at work, I enjoy it. And I do try everything that I can for you to enjoy coming to our Blockbuster in Austin, however, there are some things I cannot overcome.
1) Yes, Hurricane Katrina wiping New Orleans off the map is a big disaster, and I feel sorry for you, however, if you don't have your card, I cannot rent to you. I can't help it if you threw it away years ago and didn't need it until now, the only thing I can do is have you fill out an application that takes all of a minute to fill out. If you don't have time for it, please don't flip out, swear at me, throw your movies at me, and generally be a pain in the ass.
2) Yes, the Lawsuit coupons are only 1 per transaction. Yes, it sucks. No, I can't get around it. If there's problems with this, don't take it out on me. I only work for Blockbuster, I don't fucking own it.
